Our initital consultation is free of charge and can be conducted over the phone, online or in person meeting. Our learning specialists will work with you to understand your business goals, what you are trying to achieve from your learning program, and your timeline. This will enable us to provide guidance on the most effective learning approach and delivery platform to suit your business needs. Within 24 hours of the inital consultation, you will recieve a learning development proposal that will outline the recommended approach, pricing, development schedule and what we need to get started.

We will discuss:

• Learning objectives
• Content discovery and development
• Assessment requirements
• Authoring and delivery platforms available
• Legal compliance considerations
• Design elements such as multimedia, graphics, videos, voiceovers or animation
• Business branding and communication channels.

Depending on what stage you are at with your planning we may suggest a more detailed learning needs analysis.

This involves:

• Defining strategic goals
• Outlining required skills and knowledge
• Evaluating current skills
• Locating performance gaps and causes
• Establishing training needs.

In the eLearning Design stage we will meet several times with your subject matter experts and/or project team to brainstrom design formats, content design and sequencing, layout, design elements, learning activities and assessment design. You will be presented with design storyboards to evaluate and determine the most suitable for your needs. This stage usually involves several reviews by your project team to ensure we can proceed to the development stage.

The eLearning Development stage is where we build your course in one of our eLearning authoring tools. This is where we bring your project to life by building in user interactivity and navigation, video, audio, animation, gamification, real life scenarios, case studies, activities and assessments. Your project team will be required to provide regular online reviews during this stage.

Publishing and implementation is the where we begin to hand over your eLearning project. Whether your project will be published for delivery on a Learning Management System(LMS), website, cloud or server host or video streaming platform we can provide implementation support such as user testing and conducting focus groups before your program goes live.
